Schedule a Free Consultation Call
A Low-Pressure Conversation for High-Achieving Women Ready for Clarity
You don't have to commit to therapy today.
This free 15-minute consultation is simply an opportunity to ask questions, share what's been weighing on you, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
Before You Schedule, You Should Know…
Almost every high-achieving woman I work with has the same hesitation before reaching out.
She wonders...
"Maybe I'm overreacting."
"Other people have it worse."
"I should be able to figure this out on my own."
She keeps pushing through because that's what she's always done.
But eventually the pressure, self-doubt, overthinking, and emotional exhaustion become too heavy to carry alone.
If you've been thinking about therapy for weeks, or even months, this consultation is really just a chance to see whether working together could be helpful for you.
Therapy Doesn't Have to Be Your Final Decision Today
You don't need to know exactly what you need before scheduling.
You don't need to have the "right" words.
You don't need to convince me your struggles are serious enough.
In our consultation, we’ll meet, talk through what's bringing you here, and determine whether working together feels like the right next step.
Whether you've never been to therapy before or you're looking for a therapist who truly understands high-achieving women, this is a great place to begin.
What If I'm Nervous?
If you're feeling anxious about scheduling, that's completely normal, and honestly, I’ll probably be sweating a little too.
But that’s okay, because we’re in this together!
I'll ask a few questions about you; you can ask some about me, and together we’ll figure out whether moving forward feels right.
There is no pressure to keep going if it doesn't feel like the right fit.
Who Consultation Calls are For
This consultation is designed for women who have spent a long time taking care of everyone else before finally considering themselves. You might relate if you’re..
A high-achieving woman who struggles with self-doubt, perfectionism, or inner criticism
A woman of color navigating stress, pressure, or the impact of racial trauma
A Christian woman seeking therapy that respects faith without minimizing emotional pain
Someone processing religious trauma or complicated experiences within faith spaces
Feeling successful on the outside but overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside
What to Expect in the Consultation Call
During the consultation, we’ll:
✔ Talk a little bit about what's been feeling difficult lately
✔ Discuss what you're hoping life could look like instead
✔ Answer questions about therapy, scheduling, and my approach
✔ Talk about fees and whether private-pay therapy feels like the right investment for you
✔ Decide together whether we're a good fit
Therapy Is an Investment, And You Deserve to Feel Confident
Starting therapy is both an emotional and financial decision.
That's exactly why I offer a free consultation.
Individual therapy sessions are $200 for a 50-minute session.
During our consultation, we'll discuss your goals, answer your questions, and help you decide whether this feels like the right investment in your healing.
Why So Many High-Achieving Women Start Here
Most of my clients don't reach out because they're in crisis.
They reach out because they're tired.
Tired of second-guessing themselves,
Tired of carrying everyone else's expectations,
Tired of looking like everything is fine while quietly feeling overwhelmed inside,
And tired of getting the same cookie cutter advice to just rest more.
The consultation is simply the first small step toward doing something different.
This Consultation Is About Finding the Right Fit
Finding a therapist is personal.
Not every therapist is the right fit for every person, and that's okay.
This consultation lets both of us see whether we connect, whether my approach aligns with what you're looking for, and whether I believe I can genuinely help you.
If I don't think I'm the best fit, I'll tell you.
Your healing is more important than filling a spot on my calendar.
