  • Answer any questions you have about the therapy process

  • Decide together whether moving forward feels like a good fit

This is not a therapy session, but a chance to connect and gather information.

  • The free consultation call is a brief, no-pressure conversation to help you decide if therapy feels like the right next step and whether we may be a good fit.

  • Consultation calls are approximately 15 minutes.

  • No. The consultation is not therapy and does not include clinical treatment. It’s an informational call to discuss fit, goals, and logistics.

  • This consultation is for high-achieving women in Florida, especially women of color and Christian women, who are struggling with self-doubt, burnout, anxiety, racial trauma, or religious trauma.

  • Yes. What you share during the consultation is treated with care and confidentiality, within legal limits.

  • Therapy sessions are provided via secure telehealth for Florida residents. This allows you to receive support from anywhere in Florida while maintaining privacy and continuity of care.

  • I am based in the Orlando area of Central Florida, and I work with clients throughout the state via online therapy.

  • Therapists are licensed at the state level. I am licensed to provide therapy to clients who are physically located in Florida at the time of their sessions. Even if you are traveling elsewhere, you must be in Florida during sessions for us to work together.

  • No. This practice is private pay only and does not accept insurance. You can learn more about the benefits of private pay sessions here.

  • No. Superbills are not provided, and sessions are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

  • Individual therapy sessions: $200 for a 50-minute session.

  • A limited number of reduced-fee sessions may be available only for current clients experiencing temporary financial hardship. This option is offered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. Please note that reduced-fee sessions are not available for new clients.

  • Most clients begin with weekly sessions, with frequency adjusted over time based on goals, progress, and needs.

  • This practice may not be the best fit for individuals seeking crisis services, court-mandated treatment, or insurance-based care.

  • Therapy is not explicitly faith-based, but when requested, we can integrate faith or spirituality into sessions.

  • Therapy is a collaborative process that focuses on deeper, sustainable change rather than quick fixes. This practice may not be the best fit for one-time advice or coaching-only support.

  • If we both feel it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule your first therapy session and complete any required paperwork.

  • That’s okay! You are never obligated to move forward, and you’re encouraged to find a therapist who best meets your needs.
