A Low-Pressure Conversation for High-Achieving Women Ready for Clarity

Currently Accepting New Therapy Clients in Florida!

You may be accomplished and used to handling things on your own, yet you still quietly struggle with self-doubt, overthinking, stress, or emotional exhaustion.

This free 15-minute consultation call is a supportive space to pause, ask questions, and explore whether therapy feels like the right next step for you. There’s no pressure to commit and no expectation that you’ll have everything figured out.

Many high-achieving women start here simply because they want clarity, not because they’re in crisis. If you’re curious about what therapy looks like here, you can also review the therapy fees and session structure.

Who Consultation Calls are For

This consultation is especially helpful if you can relate to any of these:

  • A high-achieving woman who struggles with self-doubt, perfectionism, or inner criticism

  • A woman of color navigating stress, pressure, or the impact of racial trauma

  • A Christian woman seeking therapy that respects faith without minimizing emotional pain

  • Someone processing religious trauma or complicated experiences within faith spaces

  • Feeling successful on the outside but overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside

What to Expect in the Consultation Call

During the consultation, we’ll:

✔ Talk briefly about what you’re navigating
✔ Explore what you’re hoping to feel or experience differently
✔ Discuss how therapy might support your goals
✔ Answer questions about approach, scheduling, and fees
✔ Decide together whether this feels like a good fit

This call is not therapy and does not involve clinical treatment. It’s simply a conversation to help you make an informed, confident decision.

It’s completely normal to have questions about cost before starting therapy. Individual therapy sessions are $200 per 50-minute session, and many people use the consultation call to decide whether this investment aligns with their needs and priorities.

Why Start with a Consultation?

High-achieving women often hesitate to start therapy because they:

  • Worry they “should” be able to handle things themselves

  • Aren’t sure their struggles are “serious enough”

  • Want to be thoughtful about where they invest time and money

The consultation allows you to explore therapy without pressure, so you can move forward with clarity instead of uncertainty.
